SKI-DOO BLOW-OFF VALVE 1005-5582 Complete ‘19-25 900 ACE Turbo Blow Off Valve Kit. Improved throttle response, quicker spooling, and a cool blow off valve noise! This will also save on the charge tubes by eliminating the overboosting and expansion and contraction. Blow off valve kit includes vacuum line and T-fitting ready to be installed in silicone charge tubes for greater precision and less stress on turbo components especially when stepping up to higher HP applications. Requires Silicone Intake Kit # 1005-5581.

INTAKE/FUEL SKI-DOO COLD AIR INTAKE 1005-5580 For ‘19-25 900 ACE Turbo Gen 4. Larger intake with oversized premium air filter. Relocated intake for cooler intake temperatures. Heavy duty reinforced silicone intake tract to eliminate deformation under load.

SKI-DOO DOWN-PIPE 1005-5607 For ‘19-25 900 ACE Turbo Gen 4/5. A must for any 900 Turbo with an aftermarket tune! First modification that should be done on your 900. 3 HP increase over stock down pipe, can be run with aftermarket or stock muffler. Larger less restrictive down-pipe ideal for bigger HP upgrades. Full stainless steel with turbo flex pipe for long lasting life. Has stock 02 location mount already installed.

VARI-SOUND MUFFLERS The first of it’s kind to the snowmobile industry. After years of development, we are happy to introduce an Electronic Controlled Trail-Race Muffler. That’s right, two different mufflers in one, simply push a button and the exhaust goes from loud to quiet or quiet to loud. Perfect for the guy that wants a multi-purpose machine. Simple bolt on/spring on muffler. Plug and play electronic controller with remote key fob. Comes with all required parts for installation. Made of stainless steel -won’t rust or corrode. The 900 Turbo has a side exit (comes out of lower right side panel - cutting required) for Race mode and stock exit for Trail mode. 6 lbs weight loss and 3-5 HP gain. The 850 Turbo exits the stock location. 4 lbs weight loss and same power as stock.
