E-Tec engines can be sensitive to heat and if you have installed an aftermarket exhaust, this can cause bogging at higher RPM. This aluminum finned design dissipates heat to aid in cooling the sensor. Plus the simple adapter moves the sensor out of the extreme heat inside the muffler, allowing your machine to hold maximum RPM all the time. Simple and easy to install. Note: This adapter will cause the sled to run leaner, we do not recommend running unless you notice a problem.

THERMOSTAT HOUSING 09-922518 $188.99 To meet emission laws, Ski-Doo REV XP’s are set up to retard timing at 140° and close the bypass flow at 150°-155°. This reduces power at higher RPM’s when riding on lakes or mountains wide open. This redesigned housing and special thermostat allows the XP to run at 120° where it makes full power. Made from billet 6061 aluminum. Use with thermo- stat shown to the right for proper operation.
